Hello there!

I’m Michal, a BEng student at Monash University, studying Aerospace Engineering. My Honours thesis is being supervised by A/Prof. Mehrtash Harandi and Riccardo Ali.

Though my research interests are fairly broad, I am currently most interested the development of circuits and generalisation in neural networks. Additionally, coming from an engineering background in fluids, I am particularly interested in whether such structures can be physically meaningful when applied to physics and mathematics.

I’m currently also an AI researcher at Chronosphere. Previously, I have worked as a research intern at the Bureau of Meteorology focusing on AI in weather forecasting, as well as a Google Summer of Code contributor in Bayesian ML under Rob Zinkov, Theo Rashid and Colt Allen. Prior to that, I was an intern at the University of Melbourne where I published a paper under Joey Voermans and Alexander Babanin in climate science.

I’m delighted you’ve taken the time to visit my profile, feel free to have a look around!
